rookie
I bought zantrex 3 yesterday and it's helping me to not eat so much. I had a lean pocket and a lean cuisine and strawberries and pineapples. I know its alot but i'm trying. today i ate a lean pocket, a baked potato with fat free cheese and light sour cream, and a cup of soup. I am still dissappointed with myself even though i'm used to eating alot more. tomorrow i will try to stay at about 400 cals. I need help and advise because i am new at this.
